While group classes can be a beautiful place to begin, they’re not designed to meet the complexity of your individual body, lifestyle, and needs.
Private sessions offer a more personalized, intentional approach, where the practice is co-created with you, and evolves as you do.
When we work together in private sessions, we create a practice that supports your body, your nervous system, and your life in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Because this kind of work is most supportive when it’s consistent and personalized over time, I offer private sessions within thoughtfully designed progressions that support deeper exploration rather than as one-off classes.
Each option is created to meet you where you are, while providing the structure and continuity that allow for meaningful, lasting change.

Introductory Session (55 minutes) $50

In this session, we'll get to know each other. We’ll explore your goals, your current relationship with movement and stress, and what support will feel most meaningful for you. Together, we’ll map out a personalized approach and establish the foundation for our work.
You’ll also receive a few introductory practices to support you as we begin.
The Reset (3 Sessions) $265
A focused, supportive reset to help you reconnect with your body, establish simple practices, and create momentum.
