Summer Renewal Retreat
Rest • Connection • Community
June 21-27, 2026
Puerto Morelos, Mexico
Many of us move through our lives as the steady ones.
We show up for others. We hold space. We manage, care, support, create, lead. Even when we’re tired. Even when llife feels impossibly full.
If you’re craving connection, rest, and genuine community — this is an invitation to step away from the noise and gather in a more spacious, intentional way.
Not to train, perform, optimize, or “level up.” To rest. To immerse in practice. To share. To reconnect with what nourishes you.
We’ll gather at Casa Om in Puerto Morelos, Mexico — a peaceful retreat center tucked into a quiet fishing village between jungle and sea. Just steps from the beach and minutes from town, Casa Om offers both simplicity and ease.
For a week, we’ll settle into a gentle rhythm of movement, rest, conversation, and play. We'll make space for fun and exploration at a pace that is inviting, never rushed.
Think nourishing vegetarian meals, swimming and snorkeling, daily movement practices, long walks on the beach, shared laughter, and unstructured time to simply be.
This retreat is for those who want to:
-
Slow down without feeling behind
-
Connect with thoughtful, kind people in a meaningful way
-
Feel supported and inspired without pressure
-
Experience a balance of rest, creativity, and spaciousness
-
Remember what feels like ease
Wake up to daily yoga and pilates practice and move through your day with ease. At Casa Om you'll find quiet-luxury amenites and the carefree, relaxed spirit of the Carribean. You'll find a natural pull to slow down, and spaciousness to build real relationships, exchange ideas, and remember you don’t have to move through life alone.
This retreat isn’t about fixing or becoming. It’s about gathering, reconnecting, and allowing something new to emerge naturally through community and shared experience.
Come to Puerto Morelos, and return home feeling steadier, supported, and re-energized — with a renewed sense of play and possibility.
This retreat is intentionally designed to offer exceptional value, with thoughtful inclusions that support ease, rest, and connection.

Your Host: Shannon
I’m a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher and comprehensively trained Pilates teacher, and I’m very much in the day-to-day rhythm of holding space — juggling schedules, guiding movement, and staying committed to a decades-long personal practice while navigating the fullness of real life.
Over the years, I’ve learned how rare it is for many of us to truly rest without being in charge of something. So much of modern life asks us to produce, manage, and keep moving. My work is rooted in creating spaces where people feel safe, welcomed, and supported — where ease, play, and connection matter just as much as structure and practice.
This retreat is an extension of that intention: a thoughtfully held gathering where you can show up as yourself, exhale a little more fully, and experience the kind of community that feels steady, warm, and nourishing.
I’m honored to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and remember what supports them — both on and off the mat.
