I’ve dreamed of creating this experience for years—something that brings women together by the water for connection, movement, and rest.

Some of my most cherished memories are on the Eastern Shore, spending slow days with the women in my life—my sisters, mom, and close friends. We’d laugh and lounge for hours, share simple meals, take long bike rides, and splash in the bay’s gentle shallows. These moments are deeply embedded in my heart. Each time I return is a homecoming. 

This retreat is an invitation to share that feeling with you.

where mindful movement meets deep rest, coastal charm, and the spaciousness your body and soul crave.

This Pilates and yoga retreat is designed for women—best friends, sisters, or anyone longing for a gentle reset. Each day offers a rhythm of movement, nourishment, stillness, and connection. You'll have the freedom to do as much—or as little—as you like.

Start your mornings with grounding Pilates and yoga sessions. Wind down with moonlit meditations and self-myofascial release to calm your nervous system and restore ease. In between, savor delicious and nourishing gourmet meals, take in the fresh air and water views, and set your own pace:

• Pedal through quiet countryside
• Wander the quaint streets of nearby St. Michaels
• Lounge dockside with a book and a breeze
• Option to add-on a massage

We’ll explore the coastal rhythm of the Eastern Shore—on foot, by bike, or in stillness.

Over the course of the weekend, each guest will receive a private 30-minute session with me. This is your time to check in with yourself—to reflect, ask questions, set intentions, and receive personalized support.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, looking to build more consistency with movement, or simply seeking more balance and clarity, we’ll explore what’s meaningful to you. You’ll leave the session with a custom intention or wellness focus to carry forward—and a few simple practices to help you stay connected to it.

Movement and wellness sessions are accessible for all levels, and everything is optional—you’re encouraged to listen to your body and honor your own rhythm throughout the weekend.

How to book: Pay in Full or $500 deposit is due at time of booking. Balance Due July 30, 2025. Check or Zelle.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women seeking a gentle reset through movement, rest, and community. Whether you’re newer to Pilates/yoga or have a long-standing practice, you’re welcome here. The experience is ideal for friends, sisters, or solo travelers craving time to recharge by the water.

Do I need to be experienced in Pilates or yoga?
Not at all! All sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be supported in listening to your body, moving at your own pace, and modifying as needed.

What’s included in the price?
Your retreat includes lodging, all meals (3 dinners, 2 brunches, 3 light breakfasts), snacks and beverages, daily movement and meditation practices, use of amenities (pool, kayaks, cruiser bikes, firepit island), a take-home self-care kit, and a private 1:1 wellness intention-setting session with Shannon.

[Optional add-ons like massage may be available by request. Any excursions off property are on your own; I’m happy to offer suggestions!]

Where is the retreat located?
We’ll be staying at a private luxury waterfront estate on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, within easy driving distance of D.C., Baltimore, and surrounding areas. Exact address will be shared upon registration.

How many people will be there?
This is an intentionally small and intimate gathering, capped at around 10 participants. The group will be all women.

Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Many women choose to attend retreats on their own. This will be a warm, welcoming space with opportunities to connect—and space to be solo when you need it.

What’s the room setup like?

All rooms can be shared (double or triple occupancy noted) unless otherwise requested. I encourage you to bring your bestie! A limited number of Private rooms are available. Book early for best selection.

Are payment plans available?
Yes, payments are set up as pay-in-full or 2 payments. Please reach out if you need to discuss custom arrangements.

What’s the refund or cancellation policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the retreat, all payments are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest with prior notice. Travel insurance is always recommended.

 

What should I bring?
We’ll send you a full packing list upon registration. Think cozy layers, movement clothes, a swimsuit, your favorite book, a yoga mat, and anything that helps you feel at home and at ease.
